Last week me, and apprenticeship went to Amin a indian resturant to try some dishes. The first thing we tried was the Samosa. It looked like a big fortune cookie, and on the tray were two different kinds of sauces, one that looked like wasabi sauce mixed with water, and some kind of hot sauce. The smell was kind of spicy but it smelled really good. When I tasted it, it was good! The inside had all different kinds of vegetables. Above is a picture of me with different foods on my plate, the yellowish-green stuff is what was inside the samosa, that was what was apart of the vegetable. I ended up taking ou the vegetable and that was how it looked.
